Hello! My name is Trevor, after spending years performing on stage I discovered the many benefits from Complementary Therapies when I sustained an injury, this also opened my eyes to this world and spurred my passion and drive to learn more on this subject.
Since then I have studied a variety of disciplines which I am now able to offer to you, I believe whole heartedly that the use of these can have a beneficial, positive and balancing impact on your life.
